This is a collection of books, websites, blogs, and information that I think others might appreciate. I have been blessed by these, for sure, but I have also been greatly challenged through these books, articles and teachings, by the Holy Spirit.

This list is in no particular order of importance or preference. Although most of these sites and authors offer their materials for free, please consider their work on behalf of the Body and seek the Lord for anything he may have you to contribute to them to cover their costs and to bless them.

May you be blessed.

King David’s Table

These messages, and many wonderful testimonies of a life poured out for others, will bless you and should challenge aspects of your life in the Lord. Prayerfully consider what the Holy Spirit might be speaking to you as you come humbly, as Mephibosheth to king David’s table, to eat of the riches to be found here. Bless you.

Gospel of the Kingdom

This website is by Elaine and Bill Cook, in BC Canada. They post a monthly newsletter on the site (or will mail it if you prefer), and have been doing the newsletter for over 40 years. The Lord speaks fresh manna to Elaine and others that contribute to the newsletter.

Elaine has written a wonderful book called “Walking with the Speaking God”. She also has many other publications available online and by mail. All is free, but please be open to giving as the Lord would lead you.

God’s Kingdom Ministries

This site belongs to Stephen Jones, an historian and studier of the Biblical Law. His insights into God’s word and the many complicated details of the Old Testament have blessed me tremendously with understanding I would not have otherwise had.

He has many publications available online and by ordering. He also has a monthly article and a (usually) daily blog, as well. A treasure trove of information, to say the least.

A Voice

This daily blog is a collection of many of the profound teachers of our day and the last few decades, that have been given greater insights into the Living Word and the Kingdom and Sonship teachings that have greatly helped me to understand what the Lord is doing in this time and in me, as well as what is to come. Every day I am encouraged and enriched by this blog.

Enroute to Metamorphosis

This is a friends blog. He is a teacher to the Body of Christ. There is encouragement (and challenge) to be found here in our journey of metamorphosis, being transformed into His image!

The School of Christ

This site is a plethora of articles, audio and teachings galore for the Ekklesia (the true church). Chip Brogden tells it like it is and doesn’t soften anything to tickle your ears. I have been very blessed by his teachings and highly recommend his book “The Irresistible Kingdom”.

SonPlacing

This book challenged my perspective, my walk with God, my understanding of many things spiritual, and the Lord used this to teach me much more about Himself. If you aren’t ready for God to shake all that can be shaken, to see what is left standing in your faith and your life, then don’t read this book. If you are ready, then you HAVE TO read this book. This is not for the weak though. Keep that in mind.

The Good Seed

I have been blessed by every article I have read on this site.

Parables Blog

This blog is done by Joseph Herrin who also has a website at http://www.heart4god.ws/.

Many great articles on his site and a great (every few days, sometimes daily) blog. I highly recommend his book “Evidence of Things Unseen”, available for download online, free. This is not for the weak knee’d, and the faint of heart. Be challenged and very, very blessed by what the Lord does in you as you read it!

Apostacy Watch

A site by Steve Lumbley, relatively new to me. But I have appreciated everything I’ve read on it so far. Some are hard words. If you’re not ready to be challenged of God, you won’t like what he has to say.

Kingdom Bible Studies

This is truly one of my favourites. More reading here than you could probably do in a year, reading steady! A teacher of the Kingdom truths to the body, Preston Eby’s wisdom and insight into the Word and the process of our growing up as Sons of God, is truly astounding. This is another writer and teacher that will shake your foundations and challenge you beyond what you ever thought possible.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

    DJ,

I love your blog! Clearly, you are very annointed. I came across it while searching on Madame Guyon (who will forever be inspirational for me). Do you twitter? I would love to follow you if so.

Madame Guyon’s Autobiography has been an incredible tool of the Spirit in my growth and relationship with the Father. I reread the book every few years and find the Holy Spirit taking me through new experiences as I weigh something yet undiscovered (or discovered anew) in her story and personal experience.

I’m so glad you like my blog, Erika.

I am on twitter at girlapp. See you there!
